Since all products are handmade and considering the delays in delivery of fabrics due to COVID, it may take 2-3 weeks for your order to ship. Each order is subject to product availability. Our customer service will contact you by email in the event that one or more items are not available to tell you the estimated time.


Margot Home accepts returns or exchanges on orders at regular price within 7 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise by the customer. Merchandise at full price may be returned for a refund under the original payment method or exchanged for credit in accordance with our return policies. You can then place a new order.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items. All sale items are a final sale.

Returned merchandise must be unused in its original condition with all tags attached. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, Margot Home reserves the right to refuse a refund if the merchandise does not meet the requirements of the policy.

As your cover is completely made to the hand by craftsmen and with unique textiles, imperfections in the fabric, color, stitching and cover in general are considered normal and do not at any time constitute a reason for return.

To return or exchange an item, please send an email to info@margot-home.com with the subject line RETURN or EXCHANGE. In your email, indicate your order number, the items to be returned and the reason for the return with as much detail as possible.


Please note that we do not issue prepaid return shipping labels and you will be responsible for all shipping charges for the return and / or exchange of your merchandise.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of merchandise and returns must arrive within 7 days of return authorization for package to be accepted. We are not responsible for any damage caused by improper packaging on your part or if the item is damaged or lost when returned.
